Scouter Embroidered Tee

Description

A comfortable shirt embroidered with the scouter worn by Freeza’s army and Vegeta. Scouters are mainly used to measure power levels early in Dragon Ball Z. This is what is used when we heard the iconic words “It’s over 9000!!” when checking Goku’s power level.
